Direct Billing

The following are direct billing options available to our patients in Spruce Grove:

• Workers’ Compensation Board – Alberta We are approved by WCB and we offer Physiotherapy rehabilitation and exercise programs in our fitness facility. All visits are direct billed to WCB and payment up front is not necessary. WCB also covers Acupuncture, Chiropractor and Psychology visits.
• Auto Accidents We treat Whiplash Associated Disorders (WAD1, 2 or 3) diagnosed by a doctor or physiotherapist. A Physiotherapist or a Chiropractor can do assessments without a need of referral from a doctor or physician. 21 treatments can include visits to Chiropractor, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Massage and/or Psychology. In most cases, the auto insurance will accept the treatment to be direct billed by the health provider, instead of the payments to be made up front by injured, if insured reports within the 10 days of the date the accident happened.
